About the Event
Stepping out of our daily routine and the busyness of our lives is a very supportive act, which gives us the opportunity to observe our mind and body, free of distraction. During this daylong retreat, we will practice Yin (passive) & Yang (active) yoga, sitting & walking meditation, as well as contemplative, mindful inquiry, all supported in an environment of silence.
Things to bring: yoga mat & props, blanket, cushion for sitting, journal, comfortable shoes for walking. Vegetarian lunch included.
