The Introductory Course of the Contemplative Yogi Teacher Training Program (25hrs). 

Date: August 23-25 & October 4-6 (two weekends)

Schedule: Fridays 6:30-8:30pm, Saturdays 1-6pm, Sundays 1-6pm
