Yin Yoga is a practice of stillness and surrender, but there is so much more! Underneath the surface of stillness there is a lot going on, and this is the point of our practice - can we bring to stillness what we are accustomed to moving and begin to observe and understand what arises? Whether it’s physical, mental, emotional, or energetic, whatever we find will be worth looking at. The result? Deeper insight and a more intimate understanding of self. Meditation, Inquiry, Yin Yoga, and Breath Work will be utilized during this nourishing 2 hour workshop. Come!
