About the Event
This workshop will introduce the why, how, and what of the radically transformative practice of Yin Yoga. The benefits of this way of practicing yoga are many, but if we don’t know the purpose and method, it is difficult to enjoy its fruits. Questions and discussion will be encouraged in order to deepen awareness and understanding of this beautiful method. And of course, we will practice!
