Our journey through life is so much easier with friends. Sometimes all we need in order to get through times of confusion is just a bit of direction from someone we trust. With over 20 years of meditation, mindfulness, and contemplative practice experience, I would love to share what I have learned to help you along your natural path of discovery and awakening. My area of emphasis is in the development and practical application of meditation practice in daily life, whether it be through study, training, movement, or life path. Mostly though, I'm just here to listen.
