An introductory Yin Yoga Teacher Training touches on a variety of topics. This course includes theory and practice of Yin Yoga, anatomy and physiology, and tools to teach a safe and effective Yin Yoga classes. Open to all students and teachers wanting to deepen their understanding and personal practice. Yoga Alliance certified. Spaces are limited.
