Guided Audio Meditations

The following meditations reflect my personal approach to meditation practice. Though my training has been in traditional Buddhist meditation settings and in various schools, my attempt is to create something that is practical and accessible for all levels while honoring the traditions that span thousands of years. My hope is that these meditation assist you on your spiritual journey, by deepening your relationship with yourself and with the world.

Breath & Awareness

When we bring attention to the breath, there is a beautiful union that happens, where breath becomes awareness and awareness becomes breath.
