About the Event
In this class, we will focus on balancing steadiness and ease in both the physical body and the mind through Yin Yoga, simple movement, breathwork, and meditation. Each week we will focus on a different theme from the Buddhadharma and seek to embody it through our practice together. All are welcome, regardless of experience.
